I’ll be honest, the following breakdown is probably a little more than most of you would like to know about my husband’s daily schedule. Plus, it’s difficult for 98% of the population out there to follow a similar schedule. Dan has the benefit of being self employed, so he has a flexible schedule.
With that said, I think he’s crazy.
However, his dedication to personal fitness has resulted in his loss of 30 pounds and a very nice butt. I am very proud of him and his determination.
I stole the following from an email Dan sent to a friend that inquired about what he does to be so amazing in the gym.
This recipe is so delicious, that I’m posting it before I even have a picture for it. You’ll have to deal with a placeholder image for the time being. The Portland winter rain is limiting my photo shoots to near impossible.
When making this recipe, I threw things into the pot and stirred. I really didn’t measure much, so the quantities below are estimates, especially the clams and clam juice.
