To sum it up, eating Paleo means eating the same foods as our primal ancestors (cave men). Lean meats, veggies, fruit and nuts. Anything that could be hunted or gathered is what they ate, and it’s the food that our bodies are meant to run on.
If you’re new to eating paleo, it means one big hurdle for you to jump over – no more grains or dairy. It’s a huge pill to swallow, I know it was for me.
